What is Organisational Culture?

Culture is the beliefs, values mindsets, and behaviours that make your organisation unique. A coherent organisational culture is becoming increasingly more important than the results you produce. We have probably all heard that “culture eats strategy for breakfast, lunch and dinner” and we at Future Motion Coaching know that this is true.
